I have known Gargar for several years, having been classmates at the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology (SAIT), and I can speak with confidence to his character, integrity, and dedication to serving others.

From the time we studied together at SAIT, Gargar consistently demonstrated the qualities of a true leader; reliability, empathy, and an unwavering commitment to excellence. He was not only an engaged and thoughtful classmate but also someone who consistently looked for ways to help others succeed.

Beyond his academic achievements, Gargar has been deeply involved in the Calgary community. His volunteer work, local initiatives, and consistent presence at community events reflect his passion for making a meaningful difference in people’s lives. He understands the diverse needs of Ward 9 residents and has shown the ability to listen, collaborate, and work toward practical solutions that benefit everyone.

I have no doubt that Gargar will bring the same energy, dedication, and integrity to City Council that he has shown throughout his life. He is a man of good character, proven leadership, and a genuine heart for public service.
