“I first met Gar Gar when we were both students at SAIT studying accounting. Even back then, he stood out—not just as a student leader, but as someone truly committed to advocating for others. I proudly voted for him when he ran for President of the SAIT Students’ Association, and now, years later, I’m just as proud to support him again—this time for Calgary City Council in Ward 9.

What inspires me most is that Gar never changed. He’s still deeply rooted in the community, still advocating for fairness, inclusion, and grassroots change. His passion and commitment are real—and I know he’ll bring that same heart and drive to City Hall.
